Day Sixty-Five

Maternity shirt alert! I think this stripey number is exceedingly unflattering on me when I'm not holding a super cute toddler, but length is a must! Layered, as usual, over a tank and with a knit skirt. $16ish.

Day Sixty-Four

Well into the third tri, so these empire waists are a staple. Unlike most other shirts left in my wardrobe, they still have room to spare. Layered over a tank with a knit skirt, $12ish.

Day Sixty-Three

Air mattress still up and obstructing.... but here is a nice slouchy comfort outfit of loose shirt over a layering tank with a smocked skirt. $12ish.

Day Sixty-Two

Even worse heat wave + sweltering kitchen as I tried to cook ahead so we wouldn't have to use the stove/oven while the houseguests were here resulted in, yes, yet another lapse in not just posting but of course anything remotely post-worthy. And then once the house was full again, there was no room for taking pictures. I'm stuck with limited options, and it shows.

Yikes, desperate times. Shirt + skirt = $7ish.

Day Sixty-One

This is a dress I bought ages ago and have worn all the time, no matter what the state of my belly. Since it's a wrap, I experimented a bit with the drape in the hope of changing up the look and flattering the belly a bit more. I think my husband has a favorite angle for photo taking. The dress plus one of my home-cut belly bands as some lightweight coverage up top, $16ish.

Day Sixty

My self-portrait spot with the perfect natural lighting is currently occupied by houseguests, so it's back to the glare of flash. My husband kindly took these shots... can you tell he is much taller than the stand I normally use? This is a simple and somewhat familiar outfit: shirt, tank, skirt, $10ish.

Day Fifty-Nine

I finally caved and begged someone else to take a picture for me, with much better results. The grounds of the retreat center are absolutely gorgeous. I love the redwoods, but I was not so fond of the tick that attached itself to me most likely shortly after this photo was taken. Empire waist top, layering tank, frou-frou skirt, belly band, and lace trimmed shorts, $26ish. The belly band I used with my first pregnancy were borrowed, but this time I got lazy and just bought a shelf bra tube top from Forever 21 and chopped it into three segments. So cheap and so easy and so effective.
